DR Ralph Rogers attended the University of Delaware, where he was a top college lacrosse player. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, he travelled to Europe where he completed medical training at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Upon graduating medical school, Dr Rogers returned to the United States to attend the University of Maryland, where he received a PhD in Exercise Physiology.
In his search to be the very best Dr Rogers has also gained additional diplomas and degrees, including a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and Fellowships of the Faculties of American College of Sports Medicine, the American College of Nutrition, as well as the Faculty of Sport & Exercise Medicine in the UK and Ireland." Dr Rogers has held many prestigious posts and sits on National Advisory Boards
It is this desire to be at the top of his game that makes Dr Ralph such a good Consultant in Sports & Musculoskeletal Medicine. He is a former elite athlete himself so he understand the needs of athletes needing the best in Human Performance techniques, nutrition and sports rehabilitation.

Dr Ralph Rogers has published many articles. One such article published with his colleague Dr Terence JR Babwah in the International SportsMed Journal is highly renowed amongst sports therapists The team physician in football: What skills are important? International Sports Med Journal. 2008.
Dr Rogers recognises that nutrition and wellness go beyond the needs of sport and athletes as weight issues are often related to many musculoskeletal problems. "I am also interested in the obesity epidemic, especially as it relates to young children. A lot of orthopaedic problems are related to weight and, if required, I can help my patients with weight management.
Asked about his approach to life Dr Rogers advised "I try to work out five days a week - cycling, running and swimming. I also do a few triathlons every year.
