Hi Dr Rogers,

I recently attented a Conference at which you were speaking. The RFL Conference in Leeds. I was hoping you may be able to advise us on something. We have a young Black African player who has extensive myositis ossificans in his rectus femoris and as a pro-footballer this is not good ! Would you have any knowledge as to the best treatment options available currently. Extensive online Med searching has come up short.

Many thanks
Pete Friar Head Physiotherapist, Sunderland AFC

Dear Peter,

Thanks for your email regarding your player.
I do have a few ideas on treating this player but obviously I would have to see him.
I will send you my details and we can discuss it further .
I look forward to hearing from you.

Kindest regards

Dr Rogers

Greetings Dr Ralph,

I am a Herbalife Independent Ditributor, have been sharing the goodness of the core products, shared this to my work mates in the nursing homes i work with. I can only go as much as sharing and have a very few sales because i work permanent night shifts which makes me too tired to do more after i get home from work.
I have also been sharing about yourself, have been recommending some work mates who have knee pains, and back pains, to be able to see you during the time they can.
Anyway, just to say i’m proud to be in Herbalife, and proud to say that you are a member of Herbalife’s Nutrition Board, of which i am also proud to share, as a part of my goal to preach on good nutrition.
All the best. God bless.
Liezel Rojales

Great treatment, pleased that I met with you and you think outside the box

My pleasure – thanks for the compliment

Hi Ralph

I am a gym manager in Lanarkshire and i have a meeting to discuss bringing the Arriba Weight Loss Challenges to our centres. The only problem is one of my senior managers is looking for some evidence that the NHS supports or backs herbalife as a weight loss product. Do you know wher ei could get such information?

Thank you for your help

Donna

Dear Donna,

To my knowledge the NHS does not back any particular product for weight loss. The NHS does stress however an active healthy lifestyle. which includes good nutrition and regular exercise.

Hi Dr Rogers
Its almost 3 years i have been suffering from Groin defects, i have had over 3 operation in last 2 years and i am still unable to exercise freely. I cant sprint or walk fast on treadmill.
I even cant wear tight jeans or tighten my belt, Its really hurting me both physically and psychologically.
I never had any operation in this country and even i’m not sure if i still have hernia, i want to give it another chance and go for another operation.
I would like to know if there is any chance i could be treated without going for forth operation.
Many thanks

Hi Kaveh – I am sorry to hear about your problems.
Your issue requires more detail , inspection and support than can be offered from my web pages.
You will require a full examination and some imaging before we can determine the remedy.
I will be happy to help you but you will need to make an appointment at my clinic.

Dr Rogers
